Fall Returning Student Retreat

All students are invited to attend our Fall Retreat!

Date: October 11-13
Location: Priest Field Pastoral Center in Kearneysville, WV
Time: Check-in begins at 1:00pm on Friday and we will return to campus by 5:00pm on Sunday.
Cost: $50* (Don’t let the cost scare you! If you need financial assistance or would like to apply for some scholarship funds, please talk to John More. We never want cost to be a deterrent for one of our retreats!) *A $2 surcharge is added for credit card sales.

Cost includes lodging, bus transportation, and 6 meals throughout the weekend.

Don’t let class stop you! If you need help talking to a professor about missing a class, please let talk to John More. Just let your professor know you are going out of town and would like to know how you can make up your work from the class you will miss.

New Student Beach Retreat

We are so excited to host all our freshman and new transfer students for our annual New Student Beach Retreat! This is a great weekend of beach time, prayer, and forming new friendships!

Date: September 20-22
Location: Sandbridge, VA
Time: Check-in begins at 12:30pm on Friday and we will return to campus by 7pm on Sunday.

Join us for burgers, hot-dogs, ice cream, volleyball, and more!

This event is a great way to meet college students from different schools and keep in touch with friends around the area!

What: A day retreat that concludes with a catered dinner on campus. Will include guided prayer, an alumni panel, breakfast, lunch, dinner, senior sharing, and a special Mass offered just for you!

Where: Mt. Tabor Retreat House (about 20 min away). Concludes with our fancy send-off dinner on campus.

When: Tuesday, May 14th from 9am – 9pm

Cost: $10 for the whole day and all meals. ($11 if you pay with a credit card)
…if you cancel or no-show, we will charge you the full amount of the dinner, an additional $45.

RSVP: Use the envelopes in the church foyer to rsvp (envelopes will be available starting on Thursday 4/25 at TNS). Your spot is reserved once we receive your $10.

CATHOLIC PATRIOTS!! We see how stressful life and classes have been getting, but we also see how close you are to the finish line! There's so much to rejoice in soon like Summer, and classes being done, and LLAMAS, GOATS, DUCKS, PIGS, CHICKENS, BUNNIES, SHEEP, AND OTHER FARM ANIMALS!!

That's right, a petting zoo is coming to the Chapel! There will be a variety of fun animals waiting to be played with, cuddled with, and pet. You can find them on the lawn behind the Manor, or in the parking lot. There will be snacks, ice cream, and drinks as we party as hard as the animals visiting us. Party hats are strongly encouraged!!

This event is a *sunshine only* event, so in case it rains, we will be in touch as early as possible with a makeup date.

Meet in the kitchen at 7:30 to make a hot meal for the homeless guests at the Lamb Center.

Catholic Patriots Spring Formal

Catholic Patriots cordially invites you to our annual Spring Formal. There will be dancing, music, a photo booth, and light refreshments. Attire is semi-formal/cocktail.

Tickets start at $20 at TNS on April 11th, through Thursday April 18th. They will be sold in the main office, at TNS, and after 9PM Sunday Masses.

On April 19th ticket prices increase to $25 and will be sold until Thursday April 25th in the main office and after TNS.

We'll be accepting cash and card (with a small fee) transactions.Parking is located behind the Basilica of Saint Mary.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Gabriel Project, supporting pregnant women in need!

Give your semester a lift with the Catholic Patriot Encounter With Christ retreat-- for students, led by students! Join other Mason and Nova students for a weekend away from Fairfax to explore the Catholic faith and your relationship with God — and to have tons of fun!

Cost: $40 early bird if you register by Sunday, Feb. 17

(Final deadline: $50 by Sunday, Feb. 24)

Transportation by bus and all meals are included.
