TNS: Trivia Night!

Join us for this Thursday Night Supper as we welcome Team Trivia, an organization that hosts trivia nights around the country to host a trivia night for us! You can have teams of up to 8 people. Feel free to form your team ahead of time or come solo and be placed on a team. Top TWO teams will receive CASH PRIZES!!!

5:00pm Mass
5:30pm Free home-cooked meal
5:45pm Trivia

Come for any or all! We will be finished by 7pm for all who have class.

7:30pm Meet in the library for Street Walk Training. Street walks are where we go into DC to spend time with homeless men and women. Our next Street Walk ministry will be Sunday, February 24. You must go to training before attending street walks.

Get your head in the game and come join your fellow Catholic Patriots on the biggest day of homecoming week! We'll start out with a tailgate in Lot K with hot food, games, and face painting. Then we'll head inside EagleBank to cheer on the men's basketball team as they take on Duquesne! Let's show off our best Catholic Patriot spirit and have some fun! This event is rain or shine!

Encounter Retreat

Give your semester a lift with the Catholic Patriot Encounter With Christ retreat-- for students, led by students! Join other Mason and Nova students for a weekend away from Fairfax to explore the Catholic faith and your relationship with God — and to have tons of fun!

Registration envelopes are available in the chapel lobby.

Cost: $40 early bird if you register by Sunday, Feb. 17

(Final deadline: $50 by Sunday, Feb. 24)

Transportation by bus and all meals are included.

RSVP: You must turn in an envelope to officially RSVP for a spot (Facebook RSVP does not count!)

*Scholarships are available to those who need it. Please contact Fr. James (chaplain@gmu.edu) BEFORE the deadline regarding funding.

All Night Adoration

Sign up for an hour with our Lord between 8pm on Friday, February 8 and 8am on Saturday, February 9. Fr. James will expose the Eucharist on Friday night at 8pm and begin the night with a meditation. From 8:30-9:30pm there will be praise and worship.

You can sign up for a slot on the sign-up sheets in the chapel foyer.

This week, the Lamb Center did not need us to deliver a meal... but we still have friends at the Lamb Center we would like to visit!

Join us at the chapel at 11:30am this Friday to carpool over and eat lunch with the guests at the Lamb Center. We should be back to the chapel by 1:30pm.

Over Christmas break, over 80 of our students went to a conference called SEEK put on by the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. They will be sharing their favorite talk from the event and how God moved in their life.

Women's Ministry Social

Catholic Patriots Women's Ministry is hosting Girl Talk for an evening on love, dating and relationships. We will have the Manor House to ourselves, sweet treats galore, and real conversation about the joys and pitfalls of finding authentic love in a Tinder culture.

Girl Talk is a non-profit organization with the mission to create a a sisterhood built upon the truth of self-worth through personal storytelling, deeper conversation, and authentic friendship. You can find out more about them here: http://www.ourgirltalk.org/

March for Life

Attend the March for Life with your fellow Catholic Patriots! Avoid the metro and parking garages and take a bus into DC with us.

If you would like to reserve your spot on the bus (it's a one way bus into DC!) please fill out an envelope at the chapel! This event is free, but we ask a $10 (cash) deposit for your seat on the bus (you will receive this back when you show up).

The bus will leave from the chapel promptly at noon on Friday, January 18.
