As always everyone who wnet had a lot of fun while building up friendships and a relationship with God through the CCM community
During the Spring semester, CCM goes on a second retreat. In past years the retreat was based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, and includes plenty of time for personal reflection, silence, prayer, and fellowship. It is planned and guided by the staff who give talks, guided reflections, and much of their own free time to meet with students who just want to talk. Last year around forty people went on retreat with us and all of them had a blast!
This Spring we had two reteats: Spiritual Bootcamp - which taught about developing a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit and helped students further their relationships with God through all persons of the Holy Trinity. Encounter with Christ - a student-run retreat, full of fellowship and peer-lead activities. Peer testimonies, small group discussion, silent prayer time, games and the Sacraments are all a part of this nation-wide program.
