  • We can accept gifts in a variety of ways, from personal checks to securities transfers. If you'd like an easy and secure way to give one time, monthly, quarterly, or annually from a checking account or with a credit card, you can set up a Faith Direct account here. Please contact Carly McCrumb at cmccrumb@gmu.edu for information about securities transfers, giving through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) donations, or any other way you would like to fulfill your pledge.

  • We launched the silent phase early in 2024 and will go public on October 19th, 2024. We hope to finish the campaign by the end of the year!

Once we have the full amount pledged, we will proceed with finalizing all plans and continuing with the permit process. While these dates may change as more information becomes available, we currently anticipate interior renovations beginning as soon as the summer of 2025. The expansion work will tentatively begin sometime in late 2026 or early 2027.

  • Our current facility has served us well for thirty years, but we are bursting at the seams! We currently have 300 students in small group Bible studies, wide participation in medium-sized group ministries such as our Hispanic Ministry, and three to four weekly large group events. However, our space lacks a dedicated student lounge space, small group meeting rooms, and welcoming offices. Our kitchen, hall, and bathrooms are dated and limit our ability to provide a comfortable, hospitable atmosphere for our students.

  • Yes! All donations to GMU Catholic Campus Ministry are restricted for our use. Capital Campaign donations are in a campaign-specific fund. Any funds remaining at the conclusion of the project will go to supporting ongoing maintenance of the new spaces and our ministry's needs in the future.

As an office of the Chancery of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, the Diocese provides accounting services and auditing to ensure all donations are handled with care and in accord with the wishes of our donors. The Diocese is, in fact, our biggest annual supporter via the annual Bishop's Lenten Appeal. The Diocese never takes a portion of any donations made to us, but ensures those funds are available for our needs and handled in accord with federal and state regulations and best practices.
