The event is free, but if you feel called to make a donation to the ministry, you can do so using the drop box below and then checking out in the cart. If you’re not making a donation, you still must fill out your email and address on the cart page in order for your reservation to go through. Don’t worry, no credit card info necessary!

Calling all GMU CCM Alumni, Grad Students, Faculty/Staff, & Families! Join us on the lawn on Sunday, October 16th from 12-2pm, for an afternoon of reuniting with old friends, enjoying good food and drinks, and relishing the beautiful fall weather! You’re also invited to the 11am Mass at St. Robert Bellarmine beforehand.
We’ll be providing:
Catered BBQ
Beverages (including beer + wine for those 21+)
Merch
Lawn games & fire pit (weather depending)
On-Site babysitting for those who need it (must RSVP by Oct 10)
Free parking in our lot and across the street
What you can bring:
A side or dessert to share
A picnic blanket
This is a rain or shine event—we’ll just move indoors in the case of inclement weather.
